The location is very close to shops and Koreatown. Staff are very helpful and good in English. It may be close to shops but it isn't noisy. Rooms are standard size but ours came with a sauna which was fantastic and quite sizable. Really love the accessories they provide for free, like drinks, pyjamas and face wash.

Great hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. It is located just two blocks from the famous Golden Gai area, surrounded by restaurants and vibrant nightlife. The room even had a sauna, which was incredibly relaxing after a long day of walking. I would also like to thank the staff for providing complimentary drinks—it was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

Very nice staff, a good location but a very small room which we struggled to get into. Understand it is Tokyo, but the hotel was a little squeezed with luggage They held our bags as we arrived early but were strict on the 3pm check in (we landed in Tokyo at 7am!!), as most places are so bear that in mind Overall a good location, just would have been easier without luggage
