Room is very small as expected I think this was the smallest place me and my companion had here in Japan. Positive: the area is close to Shinsekai which had a lot of places to eat and do. I appreciate the staff for helping us with our luggage as we will be going to the airport I think 3 days prior. Don Quijote is also very close by as is all the stations. Free breakfast which is always a plus. Negative: while I understand that trying to conserve energy and lessen waste is important, I didn’t like the idea of having a cleaning schedule for guests. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced this. My companion and I weren’t messy, but I was at least expecting a quick clean of the floor if bed sheets weren’t going to be changed. Fresh towels were provided everyday fortunately. If you just want a place to stay and sleep and close by convenient places, it would be good.

Quite small but it's enough for me having one room and my sister and her SO having a different room. Great breakfast options and LOVE the surroundings around the building! Will recommend and will stay again!

The hotel is next to several attractions such as the zoo, the casino and with a little bit of walking, the Abeno Harukas tower. For two people, the room is small and the breakfast has a much smaller offering than their Tokyo Branch.

Nice stay. Very conveniently located for food. Literally right outside the door. Room was clean and bed was pretty comfortable. WiFi was excellent. Staff super friendly. Had breakfast option but we didn’t not get it.

The hotel has standard amenities, however my highlight here was the staff was so understanding and kind. They were willing to listen and help when you needed the most. I highly recommend this place due to its location close to the station

This was the third location I stayed at out of 4 during my 16 day trip to Japan and I absolutely have no complaints. Hotel rooms are mostly going to be small so I've already accepted that. The staff greeted us every time we entered and left the hotel. The breakfast that was included was the best hotel breakfast we had during our whole trip. There are a total of 2 washers and dryers right next to the elevators in the lobby. The lobby also provides you with all the hotel amenities you might want or need to bring up to your hotel room such as tooth brushes and creams etc... The staff does not make/clean your room every night but does provide a dirty towel bag for you to leave out and they'll swap towels for you everyday, you can also leave your trash bins next to the door if they're full and they'll take care of it. If you stay longer than 3 days then they'll make/clean your room on the third day. The hotel was conveniently about a 5 minute walk from the station, there is a book store on the left side of the road from the station that does have R rated mags out in the open for any parents worried about that, so I'd recommend crossing the street as soon as you get out of the station if you want to avoid. But overall, if I had to nitpick, it would be the noise. Personally, it didn't bother me. You are choosing to stay right next to Shinsekai and it gets lively at night. There is a lot of food and izakayas there so you might as well join in on the fun!
