Traditional style ryokan, lovely team

A lovely way to try a traditional ryokan style, comfortable and good value. Great customer service and a short walk to the metro.

ITO RYOKAN

SituĂ© pas trop loin de la station de mĂ©tro Ningyocho (500m), nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli, ma femme et moi, superbement bien. Les personnes qui nous ont prit Ă©taient extrĂȘmement gentils et plus que serviables (vraiment adorables), sans comptĂ© que les dames qui nous ont reçu parlait extrĂȘmement bien Anglais. Nous avons mĂȘme entendu une personne jouer du Shamisen avec quelques chants. Nous Ă©tions arrivĂ©s bien plus en avance que prĂ©vu (12h au lieu de 15h, heure de prise de la chambre), et pourtant, nous avons pu nous installer dans la chambre afin de pouvoir dĂ©baller nos affaires et nous reposer du transport. La chambre est dans le style traditionnel japonais, Ă  savoir avec des tatamis, une petite table au sol avec deux coussins, et nous devions, comme la tradition le veut, installer nous-mĂȘmes nos futons qui Ă©taient rangĂ©s dans une armoire. Il y a deux douches au RDC ainsi qu'une salle de bain commune avec une baignoire au premier Ă©tage que nous pouvons rĂ©server Ă  l'heure souhaitĂ© dans la journĂ©e. Celles-ci Ă©taient extrĂȘmement propres et rangĂ©es, et ce fut un plaisir de se reposer une petite demi-heure dans la baignoire aprĂšs s'ĂȘtre lavĂ© Ă  l'extĂ©rieur (salle de bain traditionnelle japonaise en somme). Le petit dĂ©jeuner (pour 500 yens par personne) est fait maison et est extrĂȘmement bon et copieux (pour ma part, j'avais prix un petit dĂ©jeuner japonais, et ma femme un dĂ©jeuner plus "europĂ©en"). Bref, ce Ryokan est un vrai bijou, une vraie merveille. Je recommande Ă  300% !
