It’s located in an isolated area - there’s nothing around the hotel. When I checked in and went up to my floor, a cleaner was sitting on the floor and chatting with another cleaner with bunch of toilet paper rolls. In the morning, I couldn’t sleep well as cleaners started chatting and vacuuming on the corridor . I had a jet lag after 23 hours of flights Room was neat and tidy.

We checked in as a family of 3 and the room they had assigned us to was with a double bed for two adults and a 7 year old to share. We had to pay extra for a room to fit us in and be able to sleep. I asked to speak with the manager but the person at the front desk pretended not to understand. It left me no choice but to upgrade. When i had originally booked it was for 2 adults and a child. The rooms are very small.

Super modern property within 15 minutes walk of main Ginza centre (restaurants, bars and shopping) and 10 minutes of metro stations / Tokyo station. Hotel rooms are reasonable in size. Reception desk is super helpful. Laundry room available for travellers !

Wonderful stay – clean, quiet, and great service! We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room and shower were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was also very quiet, which made for a restful night. One unexpected highlight was the foot massage machine in the room — a real treat after a long day exploring Tokyo! The staff were excellent — very friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. They assisted us with sending our suitcases to our next destination, which made our travels much easier. Breakfast was mostly Japanese-style, but there were a few Western options available, though somewhat limited. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 2 days before we fly out of Japan. We thought it was pretty good specially the tatami floor room. There's a Japanese bath at the 11th floor and also a terrace overlooking the city. The only issue we found was the size of the room it seemed pretty tight where it was difficult to fit our luggage around the room. Otherwise a pretty good place to stay at.

The rooms are small but this is normal in Japan. Roof patio has a beautiful view. My family enjoyed the hot pools/baths which had water and ice cream for when you finished.
