施設は清潔で、家のような感じでした。 フロントなどはなく、建物の入り口のパスコードと部屋ごとのパスコードを入力する形態となっています。 電子レンジと調理器具と洗濯機はありませんでしたが、近くにコインランドリーがありますし、コンビニもあるので困らないと思います。 給湯器があるので便利でした。
