We chose this property as this is close to the station however doesn't have (no close) any access to the underground. The property is good but not the best. The cleaning is done at the bare minimum, we understood that they call it eco cleaning but we didn't pay eco rates. The breakfast options are very limited and didn't have any wow factors to it.

It was a great location and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the air condition worked well. It was an easy walk to the train station and lots of good restaurants nearby. While the room was as expected a little small, there was plenty of room for our luggage And then being able to move around. Would highly recommend this hotel. We did not use any of the amenities like spa or restaurant so I can’t speak to those.

Had a literally delightful stay in Tokyo for 2 weeks and this hotel was perfect for access to the whole of Tokyo and other transit routes as it's on the doorstep of Shinjuku Station. Breakfast buffet is great, the room was spacious, staff fantastic, helpful and friendly. Only criticism, would be nice to have more laundry facilities as they can be busy. But this is minor and can't really knock stars off for this. To all the staff ありがたうございます

Great location within a short walk from Shinjuku station, which I think is one of the best stations to stay at in Tokyo. The distance matters a lot in the summer when it's so hot and humid. The superior twin room was quite spacious for the price. Service was great and the restaurant was good too, for breakfast (buffet), lunch, and dinner.

Really Good!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Very close to Shinjuku station and far away enough from the real hustle and bustle of Shinjuku that you can have peace and quiet with just a 10 min walk to the main area. Hotel was clean and quiet, staff were very nice and helpful.
