El lugar está cerca de la estación pero no molesta el ruido. 👍 El staff, en especial los hombres, no hablan inglés y son poco serviciales. Ocupaba hacer una llamada local y se negaron a prestarme el teléfono👎 Yamato destruyó mi maleta en el trayecto Osaka -Tokyo y solo Miyasaka San fue amable, colaboradora y empática. Para eso necesitaba el teléfono y el staff del otro turno no quiso ayudar. Excelente servicio de limpieza! 👍 Para ser un edificio con algunos años, todo se veía bien cuidado. Un detalle incómodo era la muy alta grada para entrar y salir del baño. Los desayunos: no había fruta, restrictiva dos platos de un tipo y cuatro de otro, limitada, y perdí 3 desayunos pagos porque salimos a las 5am y empezaban a servir a las 6:30am. Poca orientación para el turista. Aunque no parecían muy peligrosas, de la estación al hotel había muchas personas en actitudes sospechosas, sujetos y mujeres invitando a bares. Preferí no salir sola por la noche a las tiendas cercanas. La secadora de ropa requería de 2 horas y media para secar una tanda. No encontramos un servicio de lavado cercano. 3 personas sobrevivimos, pero una cuarta y maletas habría sido muy díficil. Nos gustó el vecindario de día.

The staff are wonderful and friendly! I got a double twin bed and it was comfortable. There’s plenty of dining options close by. There is a Food Mart and 711 walking distance. I love this hotel! I will definitely be back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Some staff can communicate in English , even if they don't understand English they were tried to google translate and accomodate your needs. I give a thumbs up. The hotel is not new renovation but the bed is clean. The room is actually not that small but if they can either reconfigure the room layout or at least put the chair and the humidifier on a wheel so I can move them around the room is better. No one watch the TV why put it on the tidy desk. Fix it to the wall if needed or get rid of it. For the price they charge I am happy with the stay. One thing also if they can have a separate lounge for people to wait for check in, hang out or smoking is better. So other guests coming back to the hotel do not feel like watched by other guests. Lastly, it is very reasonable price to take taxi to the airport. I highly recommend.
