Location is great. After daily housekeeping, room still didn't seem clean - dirt on the floor. Breakfast has not much variety. Hotel not very responsive during chats via booking platform. Highlighted warning messages when doing laundry but was told by staff to just ignore. Thankfully the washing machine still worked for me throughout the stay.

Everything was great about this place. Location, rooms, amenities. Close to train station and convenience stores and restaurants. Only flaw was washing machine dryer in laundry was very slow to dry clothes but this was a minor thing.

The hotel is very clean and walking distance to the Tokyo station. Staff are very friendly. Checking in time is after 3 PM, early check in is priced at 2000 Yen each hour. Coffee and tea is available from 1 PM at second floor. Before check-in and after check out no longer provide to customers. Our room has a window but facing a wall. Room is decent size in Japanese standards.
