Only complaint was could smell cigarette smoke in our rooms while trying to sleep. It woke us up multiple times. Not sure where it was coming from but it was really annoying.

The staff were so kind and welcoming. The free basic amenities such as shaving cream, cotton buds, slippers, and more were actually very helpful! The room was smaller than what I am used to but it didn’t bother me in the end.

We had a great experience at Keio Presso Inn. The self-service check-in and check-out were smooth, and the buffet was decent for the reasonable price. The staff were very pleasant and quick to help—when my husband had trouble with the aircon, assistance came right away. The aircon worked perfectly (nice and cold!), and the whole place was very clean, including the laundry room. I also loved having a convenience store inside the hotel. Fresh towels were delivered without us even asking, which made us feel really taken care of. The rooms are a bit small, but for the price, it’s very fair. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I’d gladly come back!

Quiet and comfortable room

The walls have an excellent noise insulation. I heard nothing from the neighbors. The suit case racks with the locks are easy to use and very convenient.
