I loved this hotel! The location is excellent, close to the subway and Tokyo Station. The staff is very professional and efficient. I loved the hotel; I definitely recommend it.

離東京站很近的酒店

第一次入住酒店，位置近東京站，喺東京站八重洲中央口出，過對面馬路直行第一個街口轉右，再直行些少就到酒店，路程大約5-8分鐘。酒店員工態度友善有禮，英文溝通得到。我自己一個人入住，件大行李都可以開到，只係酒店房間沒有免費樽裝水提供，過往入住嘅酒店都有一支兩支樽裝水提供視乎你入住人數。不過其實呢個問題唔大，最多自己煲水或者到便利店買樽裝水。另外就係酒店附近沒有便利店，可能係商業區關係，最近一間7仔（便利店）大約行5分鐘左右，係可以接受嘅距離。如果想住一啲比較靜嘅區域，呢間酒店值得推介，位置又近東京站。

I like the distance from Tokyo station. It's only a 5mins from Yaesu central exisit. Also a minite walk to get in under ground to avoid rain when heading station or eating out. Staffs were helpful and very clean hotel. Only a bit small bathroom and we were two travellers with big suitcases so it's not easy to open them but still manageable for just overnight. Good Location, cleanness, recommend for budget travellers.

Honestly for the price it just wasn’t worth it…. The room was really small (I know they are in Japan but this was just mediocre). Out of all my stays in Japan this would be towards the bottom of my list. Luggage was stowed in a place where others can grab their bags and touch yours. I prefer concierge that just hides it away and gives it to me when I return. My father came to help me to the train station and wasn’t allowed to come to my room with me… no unauthorized guests allowed, even if you are with a hotel guest. Ive never had an issue with other hotels. Adding to which, I stayed at two others in Japan for less money but had way more amenities… those had onsens and a variety of toiletries. Again, for the price you can find better…

Overall the hotel was very conveniently located and a good place to stay when access to Tokyo station is important. The less appealing aspects were as follows: 1) The mattresses were too firm, 2) The hotel is hemmed in on three sides by other high rises so there was only a view of another building only a few meters away, 3) The self check in system was inefficient and required attendants to assist in order to get two room keys.

Solo Traveler

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to several subway stations and Tokyo Station. There is food in the area. The people are so kind and the checkin was easy. The breakfast was really delicious. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed is a little hard but not enough to be uncomfortable. You can log in to your Netflix on the TV. Its really convenient that they have laundry, microwave, and vending machines with soda & beer. The room is rather small, so its ok for a solo traveler or couple with 1 suitcase but if you have a lot of luggage i wouldn't recommend. Overall i really enjoyed staying here.
