I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Kichijoji REI Hotel for their exceptional care and support during our stay. My daughter experienced food poisoning at 12:30 AM, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us in this stressful situation.
They immediately helped us call an ambulance and even translated for us, as I do not speak Japanese. Their kindness and efficiency made a huge difference. Not only that, but they also thoughtfully left a note in our room with useful instructions and followed up on my daughter’s condition the next day.
The staff kindly offered to arrange a new room for us as my daughter vomited, which soiled the bedsheets. Although we did not change rooms, they provided fresh bedsheets, which we changed the next morning. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to guest care truly made a lasting impression.
I regret not asking for the staff’s name, but I believe one of them was called Iwasa. I am extremely grateful for their support and highly recommend Kichijoji REI Hotel for their outstanding hospitality.
