Staff. My room had a bad smell from bath room so I mentioned it at the front desk. They were apologetic and asked my permission to enter the room when I was out. While I was out for a few hours they fixed the issue and made my room comfortable. Not many hotel staff are prompt and act quickly

Staff were super nice and helpful when checking in. The room we stayed in was a lot more spacious than most of the hotels in Japan. I also liked how they had a self serve amenities bar where you are able to grab whatever you needed.

Hotel staff were excellent, kind and friendly, very helpful at all times and they had English speaking staff members. I love the laundry machines that were available. I suggest making the laundry detergent available in the vending machine in the laundry room for convenience so that the guest doesnโ€™t have to ask for it at the reception.

The room was very small. 2 beds filled the room. Not even space to open our luggage, we had to put the luggage on the beds to open them and set them on the floor to sleep. There's no drawers either. The room was very quiet considering it faced the train station and a major road.
