    Room was clean but the staff was absolutely useless. I messaged and emailed the property many days in advance with no response to any of my questions. When we arrived at the hotel we were stuck outside for over an hour as the property failed to send us our reservation code to do the online check in. I spam messaged the property with no response and had to spend 45 minutes with Expedia for them to get in contact with the property. The location was confusing and the address in Google Maps was incorrect it was the property near it and the hotels name in English does not appear when typed in. Our taxi driver had to spend 10 minutes to find the correct address to take us to the hotel. The room was clean and it had a little kitchenette. The towels were so small I’m 5’5 and they didn’t even cover half of my body. Would not recommend.
