Overall okay; no elevator

The place was okay but would randomly shut off power even when we haven’t used that much. They also do not have elevators so be aware if you get the 5th floor unit; it’s not fun bringing luggage up.

A good location in Taitoku

The location is convenient and relatively peaceful, with easy access to three major konbini and nearby stations: Suehirocho, Shinokachimachi, and Nakaokachimachi. Satake Market, a personal favorite, adds to the charm along the path between Lafitte Okachimachi and Shinokachimachi stations. Regarding the room, it adequately served its purpose, offering comfort after a long day. However, several areas could be improved: In winter, warming the room proves challenging due to its concrete structure and a ventilation hole near the window allowing cold air in. Electricity usage requires careful management to prevent tripping breakers, particularly when using multiple devices simultaneously. Hot water availability is limited, as noted by the host. Despite attempts to enhance comfort, bunk beds remain a little uncomfortable, especially for those accustomed to softer mattresses. The room lacks sufficient space for disposing of trash, requiring guests to be mindful of waste accumulation. Additional counter space in the bathroom would be beneficial. A long mirror outside the bathroom would enhance convenience. Despite these shortcomings, overall satisfaction with the accommodations was maintained.

Appartement trop petit pour notre famille de 5: on se marche dessus, impossible de circuler facilement. Pas d’ascenseur et un escalier très étroit peu pratique avec de grosses valises. Emplacement au calme, mais finalement loin de tout : entre 15 et 20 minutes de marche pour accéder aux premiers métros. Néanmoins, très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. L’équipe répond également très rapidement.

It’s nice place!

Two people went on a business trip and it was very quiet and clean. I think I will use this place for my next trip to Tokyo. Unfortunately, there were a few blood stains on the downstairs duvet of the bunk bed. At first I thought it was mine, but it wasn't. And it would be nice if there was a guide for garbage disposal. The neighborhood is completely residential, so it's very quiet, but the convenience store is a little far away. It takes about 7 to 10 minutes on foot to Akihabara Station. Even a family of four will not be uncomfortable.
