This was my first time in Japan and I must say, I loved this hotel!!! What they lack in room space they more than makeup for in service. I would highly recommend for first timers to Japan. The staff are very helpful and most of them if not all, are bilingual. I'm already planning on staying there again for my trip back to Japan next year.

The property was in excellent condition however it is situated in a less upscale area where it was a little seedier. I would not bring kids to this area. Also a little further from subways or JR trains about 15 mins walk away.

the location is great, less than a 10 minute walk from the station which was very convenient. in the heart of shinjuku but slightly away from all the chaos. the room was kept clean and staff were all very nice.

The room is very cute with Japanese style decoration. We booked this room for 4 but ended up with 2 people and space was just nice. Would have been cramped with 4 people sleeping with little to no room for luggages. Bathroom and other amenities are great. One star reduction due to location across the hospital and we heard ambulance in and out all night.
