Poor communication from the host from the start. We didn’t receive check-in details until less than 24 hours before arrival—and only after multiple emails and contacting customer service.The property did not match the photos. It spans three floors but feels cramped and only somewhat clean. The advertised laundry machine was missing, and the host never responded when asked about it.The bathroom setup is awkward: two tiny toilet rooms and a separate, very cramped shower upstairs.Only positive is the location—close to the train and just a few stops from Shinjuku.Would not recommend or stay again.
