The room was very clean and decently spacious. However, I wished they were more flexible with check in and check out. We had to pay a 5000 yen surcharge to check in early even though the room was available. Additionally, although we stayed seven days, we were still not allowed a late check out without paying. Despite this, we had an overall good experience. It was very quiet and the bathroom was very nice with a full bidet. The staff were polite and respectful and helped us navigate the subway. The location of the hotel was also very central and a ten minute walk from central Shinjuku and Shinjuku Station.

Pricey for what it is

The hotel was too a far of a walk to train station and main area of shops and restaurants. My bed was sunken in the middle - not comfortable- they need to change their mattresses
