The hotel was perfect for our family of four. The best was a separate room for the toilet and shower. The room was so clean and extremely comfortable beds. It was close to public transit.

The room was dusty. I have my electronic devices placed on the bedboard, and every day, I find a layer of white dust covering them! I’m not sure where the dust originated from, but it made me quite uncomfortable. I even borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the lobby, but it lacked strong suction and required frequent filter cleaning. Despite these minor issues, the overall facility is decent. However, I hope they can improve the carpet cleaning service. That’s all for now.

We love this MIMARU and its employees. From the very moment you check-in the staff makes you feel welcome. Their restaurant board and games makes it fun to get to know the neighborhood. Seira, Amu and Dong are so friendly and always willing to help or give travel advice. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, like a display in the elevator introducing each staff member and a Tokyo Bingo game with prizes. The location of the hotel is perfect- close to so many train lines and shopping! Rooms are clean and good size.

Staff members at this hotel were very friendly to all of us, including children. There were fun welcome activities for kids, which my kids really enjoyed. The room was very clean. I recommend this hotel.

We stated as a family of four with a toddler and a grade school child for a week in the Japanese apartment. It was a wonderful stay. The kids loved the room, and it was a great home base for them to rest and play. The kitchenette and fridge/freezer worked very well to allow us to cook some meals, and the location is within walking distance to two subway stations. There are more stations but further than a toddler can handle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there are kid friendly activities in the lobby. I think we just found our go-to apartment hotel for Japan.

Stayed for a family trip. Room was spacious and includes a full fridge, stove and microwave. Beds were hard. Location was between 2 subway/train stations and walking distance to Uneo park. I wish they had windows you can see out of. The price was expensive compared to similar hotels like Monday.

We love our stay at Mimaru Ueno Okachimachi! The location was superb and so close to train station. Lots of dining options surrounding the hotel! The staff at this branch had been amazing! Special mention to Seira-she had been friendly, outstanding, very attentive and super helpful during our stay! Thank you Seira! We will definitely stay here again!!
