I booked a Grand Corner Suite Room which is about 48sqm. The room is spacious and there are 2 big double beds and a long sofa. The apartment is very well-equipped with a washer-dryer and a small kitchenette. Wifi signal was strong and stable and I found the shower area and the toilet area to be big, bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. The front desk staff was professional and the check-in process was fast. We were each given a small bottle of Yakult and a wet towel. Though the hotel is not in the main Ginza area, it is 8 minutes walk to 2 different subway lines. There was also a convenience store just across the road. There were small eateries around the hotel also. Though we checked out at 11am, the hotel helped to store our luggage till 2pm when our airport transfer arrived. Will I stay here again? Yes but the apartment I booked isn't cheap so I will have to seriously consider.

Grand Monday was an amazing experience. We loved everything about it. It was in a great location, easy to get to all the places we wanted. Had 7-eleven right in front and family mart on the way to the subway stations. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two children under 5. The washing machine, including dryer, the microwave and oven combo, and refrigerator in our room was perfect. Would stay here again.

Overall, the accommodation was very good. We stayed 13 nights in a junior suite. Plus points, the kitchenette, as we can make simple meals, especially breakfast. We also like the washing machine and dryer in the room. My favorite was actually the Dyson hairdryer. Ways to improve: there is no phone in the room. We have to physically go down to the front reception for requests, very inconvenient and not all staff speak English well. Pillows were thin and small. We were not allowed early check-in but another guest got early check-in. Inconsistent.

Everything was fantastic! Had everything we needed and the room was super clean and well equiped. Even had a Nespresso machine with capsules and a Dyson hairdryer. Love the sliding doors, the deep bath and the wet room too. Would stay again if I was visiting Tokyo again. Close to lots of train lines and Ginza shopping.
