The hotel boasts a perfect location with direct basement access to JR and underground stations, ideal for both business and leisure travel. Exceptional convenience is provided by the nearby basement mall, housing Family Mart and a 100 Yen Shop for quick access to necessities. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the stay is enhanced by the cozy room and 24-hour gym facility.

The warm hospitality of the staff is incredible. I asked them if they have a newspaper with ohtani in the front page when they won the world series and one of the staff running with a paper. Its amazing where they go extra and beyond their service. The garden is magnificent . Tokyo moon is amazing part of the attraction. We will definitely go back again. And highly recommend this place in Tokyo

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The staff!!! They smile and they are willing to help. Sorry I forgot her name… but she was so kind and professional to deal with my request for early checkin. Very speedy. Also when I had to go back to my room after checkout ( thought I forgot something but not), she smiled and just helped me. Very very impressed. Id definitely stay there again.

The room was clean with quality toiletries. Fitness room worked for us. It was small with no free weights, but there was a universal machine. We paid for the breakfast and so glad we did as it was really nice and worth the price. The entire staff of the hotel is amazing. My husband forgot his backpack on the train from Narita to the hotel, and this awesome hotel front desk agent called the Narita Express office, and they were able to locate his backpack! That could have been a disastrous start. The location was also perfectly and conveniently located next to Tokyo Station where we were able to take day trips and then the Shinkansen to our next destination. I highly recommend Marunouchi Hotel.
