The hotel and accommodations are very modern and clean. I also appreciated that the guest room side of my floor had a card key swipe door for additional security. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is three minutes from a train station which is super convenient, though as I’m sure you understand it’s a bit outside of main city so about 30-40 minutes by train to lots of popular attractions and can be frequently crowded with folks trying to make it to Haneda airport. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and easy to use as well! Definitely recommend!

Although located further away from central Tokyo, its a 10 min shuttle service to the Haneda airport. Great hotel and free drinks in hotel room and friendly staff who speak English. It was a great stay.

My mom travel alone in Japan and stayed in this hotel 4 nights at 2024 November, and she highly recommend Mercure Hotel. This time 2025 March, Me and My mom stay 1 night in Mercure before departure at Haneda Airport. Shuttle bus is provided, but I ask the staff to call a taxi for me instead. There is Summit Supermarket under Nitori which is 5 minutes walking. The otorii station is also just 3 minutes walking with Lawson, 7/11 around the hotel. The Staff is generally young and they speak english well. The staff is smart and understanding. There are lots of Amercian or British staying in this hotel. The price is very cheap consider the service and the room I received. The hotel lobby, room, toilet are all way beyond average. There is a fool ball table at lobby which is a bonus. I was amazed by their performance. This hotel is also OK close to Yokohama city. Would suggest to stay in Mercure after landing Haneda Airport as well as before departure. Your money spent here will not go wrong.
