Pleadantly surprised

Booked for 3 nights post cruise so we were near the airport. Free shuttle was great. Close to subway so easy to travel around Tokyo daily. The room was lovely, a very pleasant surprise. Our first experience of hotel pyjamas. We had everything we needed including a kettle and a bath.

Staff was wonderful and spoke English very well. The wifi worked well. The gym was very decent on the second floor. The hotel restaurant was very good! It works in a pinch during breakfast or dinner if you don't have any plans. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport is free. All the amenities in the bathroom are always restocked. The two glass bottles of water they give you in the room are replaced every day. The hotel is only a five minute walk from Otori Station on the Keikyu Train Line. Even the TV was fun to explore. Superb pre flight stay

An amazing 1 night stay before our flight back to Heathrow. Free shuttle to the airport, complimentary drink on arrival as our room was 10mins late being ready. Superb and highly recommend.

Very nice, clean, well maintained property. Breakfast included (I stayed 3 nights). Heated toilet seats with bidet <3 style of property and room very futuristic, sleek, and tech savvy. Glassed water is free but no stations to fill up water bottle/canister. Was surprised worker filled up my bottle with sink water but I think that’s normal here, hopefully she wasn’t being degrading (fingers crossed). Otorii station to get everywhere is mins away (near subway) as well as 7/11 & Lawson. Tōkyō /shibuya/Shinjuku 30min away. Hotel shuttle awesome, offered me late checkout to accommodate flight/shuttle. Would stay again.

Tokyo departure

Good quality modern hotel close to haneda airport. They run a free shuttle every 30 minutes. The rooms are small with little space to open suitcases so watch out for that. Good value though
