The hotel and location was great. the staff were very helpful and informative. So friendly the staff are. Very modern and clean. Has many amenities for everyday use. The transit system is right there for quick access to other locations. I plan to go again and stay at the same hotel.

This hotel is pretty close to the airport and they even have an airport shuttle for free for going to the airport or getting picked up there but check the time because it isn't 24 hours!

My flight left at 4, so they were able to accommodate my checkout time with the last shuttle so I was able to get last minute souvenir shopping in. The rooms are gorgeous and the location is perfect. I'd definitely not only stay again but recommend them to future travelers as well!

Great location and fantastic staff. Location: Was a 5 minute walk to the near by train to get to the JR line and travel throughout the whole of Tokyo. Room: Clean, cool (was 90F+ outside during our 10 day stay, no warmer then 70F inside our room), and spacious for a Japanese hotel. Dining: Breakfast, Dinner and Bar options were great. We ate out most of the time, but had some days where we just needed to get something and each experience made us feel like we didn't settle. Great experience.
