First time in Tokyo. I was skeptical about the place. But it ended up being perfect for my family trip. The check in process is a bit challenging. But overall. Clean facility, new refreshing decor. Room was spacious. If you like to do your own thing and not be bothered. Then this is the location. I don't care for a person in the lobby 24/7. I had a great stay

We loved the location, as opposed to being smack bang in the middle of constant Shibuya/Shinjuku. Short walk from various stations, can get to anywhere within 20 mins, even with luggage super easy. 2 adults and 3 kids, spacious apartment and clean. Yes check in remote, but super easy, they send you a pin beforehand. Easily store luggage and laundry works great. Just dont try to dry too much at once. Short walk from some great eateries (the ramen place upstairs on the corner), sights of interest and many convenience stores.

This was a perfect base for our family's stay in Tokyo. The hotel is located in a super quiet area but only a short 5min walk from all of the restaurants and shops of Ueno. Transport links are fantastic - several metro stations are only a short walk from the hotel and getting back to Narita airport at the end of our stay was so easy - we had a 5min walk to the Ueno Keisei station (with no stairs to negotiate!) where we took the skyliner direct to the airport. Our room was very well kept, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this accommodation. Australian family of 4 (11,9). Super spacious (for Japan) excellent amenities, absolutely spotless, shower was better than mine at home, close to many stations entrances, super close to the main market strip with excellent nightlife, restaurants. Everything! Super kid friendly. I’m super picky and did heaps of research which was really overwhelming This place was fantastic! We also did a load of washing which was super helpful.

Superb location and excellent room

Great location (safe, quiet, and a few mins walk from the train station, restaurants, family mart (small supermarket), and the market). Nice, spacious, and clean room with comfy beds (great shampoo/shower gel btw). Beautiful lounge. It has a kitchen but we did not use. Highly recommended.

Great property for our family of six. Super responsive staff given the lack of reception/virtual reception. Small ish room/apartment but worked well. Neighbourhood is nice, safe, and quiet with lots of local food options. The markets were very authentic and access to various train lines made things super convenient.

The staff at the hotel, the ladies (I think cleaning staff) were very nice and helpful. This was really why I gave a good review because the check in and out are handled by remote reception staff not on the premises and you have to contact them via video conference. And these ladies were trying to help people with everything on site.

Initial anxiety that there was no receptionist but instead a virtual reception concept was unfounded. Check-in was a breeze however do note that 3pm Check-in time is quite strict. There is a open area to leave your luggage as well as a locked room but seems there is a need to pre-arrange access to this room. I did not go through the process to get access to this. Location is perfect with easy access to 4 metro stations. Vicinity to Ameyoko also provides tons of options for drugstore and street shopping and food options. Rooms are clean, water has strong water pressure and hot, amenities are sufficient for our stay. Overall happy with the stay

This property was a great find for my family! It was in a quiet street, but with a close walk to the Ameyoko Street where we can find lots of food and shopping options. It's also a close walk to the train stations. Our room was very comfortable for four adults, and for a small space that it was, everything was well appointed.

Its not an easy check in, you have to do your own check in via a QR quote. Its not good for people who dont know much about the system. Prefer a hotel with a reception where you could interact with real people. Will not booked this again and will not recommand to my friends.
