Just what we wanted - walking distance to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace and to the Ginzu line to get back from Shibuya. Lots of dining options in the underground malls close by (Yaechika, and an excellent recommendation for a ramen place). Clean and safe ( but what isn’t here). Room was small for sure, but that was expected. Price was reasonable.

Location is great but hotel is old. Bathtub is yellow (( breakfast at 9.30 nothing to eat. No one adding items to th stable just empty plates. Lotions and toothpaste you need to go on second floor and get by yourself no one provides inside room. For there people only two towels (. And horrible plastic kettle for tea which burned my hand. Tooo expensive for that quality of service not recommend

Good stay

The room was spacious, for Japanese standards and bed very comfy. The common lobby area isn’t the best. Access to coffee and water is limited due to (paid) breakfasts and lunches. The capacity of the breakfast is very limited and nit very comfy. Value for money medium good. We were charged more than in the hotels.com confirmation, will figure out the reason.
