Hotel was close to train stations, shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a variety of different foods and they had free tea and coffee and biscuits after 3pm. Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfy compared to another hotel we stayed at.

The property location was great. Short walk to Tokyo station and lots of dinning and shopping options. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Layout of the room was not efficient and because the ceiling was so low, the room feels a lot smaller. In addition, the elevators were really slow and one of the evenings, there was a power outage on the hallways on our floor and we had to notify reception to get it fixed as it was too dark to get to the stairs or elevator.

We felt very comfortable in this hotel. We got the 2 twin beds and it was great! The rooms are spacious and clean. The heater worked well. The bathroom might need some upgrading and breakfast was limited to mainly Japanese style breakfast. Very close to Tokyo station so location was perfect for us

Great location. We had an upgraded room with two beds that was comfortable close to Tokyo Station, close to Ginza line feels very safe.. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, especially if you want to try Japanese breakfast. But it had American options as well. A bit on the expensive side, but we are here during cherry blossom season, and I believe that it is good value for this time.

We stayed here for 7 nights during our Japan holidays. Fantastic location right next to Tokyo Station and also a stone’s throw from Ginza. There’s a 7/11 across the street for all your snack needs. The laundry and microwave on the 3rd floor were well used by and we were very grateful for having access to these amenities. The room is on the smaller side compared to hotels in North America, but you get used to it after a day or so. Lots of food options, especially in Tokyo Station. There’s a conveyor belt sushi in Ginza called Kura Sushi which was great option for good quality low priced sushi. The staff were great and very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we’re back to Japan.
