We stayed here for 2 nights when we arrived in Japan and went to Tokyo Disneyland on the first day. It is a great property, great amenities and toiletries available at the elevators. The Lawson konbini has anything else you might need, including hot food. The staff was amazing with helping us make our way to Tokyo station the next day to take the Shinkansen to Osaka. There was an ovean view from our enormous balcony. The room was huge, ESPECIALLY for Japan!! There is a free Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea parks. However, it is not that close to Tokyo city, so plan accordingly. The nearest train station is a 15ish minute bus ride from the hotel. Very family friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a pleasant enough stay.

Hotel is very large and very little English is spoken. Check in had to be done at a computer terminal despite staff being at the reception desk. It wasn't a friendly start nor did we feel very welcome. Our room was fine, everything was clean and comfortable, it's nice there is a small convience store in the lobby. While there is a shuttle to Disney, the first bus doesn’t leave till 6.45am, which is quite late if you want to be in the front of the line at Disneyland and way too late if you want to be in front at Disney Sea. The public bath on the top floor was a nice experience but I wish they had an English flyer explaining how the Japanese use these. Having a washer/dryer, ice/water machine and microwave on each floor was very helpful.

Amenities here are top notch. Toiletries, phone chargers, foot massager in room, onsen, Lawson convenience store in the lobby, decent restaurant (though on the pricier side), free shuttle to the parks. There wasn’t anything to dislike about this place! Would absolutely stay here again!

It was a fantastic stay overall. Incredibly friendly staff. The dryers didn’t work amazingly well…and there is no gym, but those are nitpicks. Highly recommend.

The breakfast buffet was amazing (we wish we’d ended our trip here, rather than have it be our first hotel - no other breakfasts had a chance to measure up!). The free shuttle to the parks was also super convenient.

Clean spaces, including the onsen which has many people on one of the nights we visited. Room was straightened up and towels/nightwear were changed daily. Great transportation options for Disney, airports etc.
