I liked the big bath on the top floor ( in and the open roof) very modern style and relaxing. The room size is decent but the view from the room is the key factor for this place. Public transportation is great. This hotel is connected to the subway entrance and you can go to Ginza, Yurakucho by train only 3-4 stops away. Also the bus takes you to Yaesu( Tokyo station).

Except for the fact that you have to get to the top floor, then transfer to a different elevator to get to the floor with rooms it’s a great hotel with fabulous views and nicely located above a train station with lots of shops and dining options

First time in Tokyo and my wife and I did not want to leave this hotel. The location for access to subway train is very easy and makes getting to other areas easy.The staff and the breakfast was the best especially the coffee. The view from our room was incredible. We have breakfast with a view of Mount Fuji every morning. Although the location is not in the thick of areas filled with nightlife it is a sanctuary to come back to after a day or night seeing the sites. Also it a bus ride straight from the airport right outside the hotel to the front lobby.

The location is perfect, right near the metro station. But it’s not really a 5-star hotel as they claim. I would give it 4 stars. One morning at 7 am, I called the reception to ask for a plate, and the receptionist told me to come down and get it myself. Then they brought us paper plates… I don’t think a 5-star hotel should be giving paper plates. There was no coffee machine either, just a coffee sachet with no milk or anything. The reception area is nice, but the room is average. We shipped our luggage from Kyoto to this hotel, and when we checked in, our luggage was already in our room. We appreciated it .
