My room was disgusting! The room smelled like mold and mildrew as soon as you walk in! It had my chest and my chold's chest hurting really bad. Opened up the side of the air purifier to find mold. There was mold all in the shower. Including around all the shower curtain rings and behind the toilet. There was dark stains all over the covers. We slept with the window open, fully clothed, on top of the covers. We only stayed because it was only for a few hours before we left for the airport.

Area around the hotel is nice and quiet. It’s about 10-15min walk from the closest train station (JR Shin-Urayasu), but they provide Morning and Evening shuttle bus that goes to JR Shin-Urayasu station, Disneyland and DisneySea, which is very convenient.

We had a nice stay here in April during a convention, and also a visit to Disney and DisneySea. The location is in a pretty quiet area and was about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and a big mall with grocery and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, gave us great information about the area. They were also a big help on the last morning when we were forwarding our luggage onto our next hotel. There was very convenient free morning shuttle bus that took us to the train station, Disney or DisneySea.

Great service by the front service staff, explained clearly the options to get to/fro Disney. Very helpful when we needed advice too. Nearest convenience store (FamilyMart) is about 5-7min walk away, hotel’s lobby sells some basic food stuff if needed too. Took a cab from train station to hotel, which costs 800yen

The staff was excellent! The parks (Disney) were a little further away than I thought but the shuttle service was great. We decided an Uber was best for our situation and only cost about 1,300 yen ($9-$11 usd) plus after a 12 hour day of walking the park you just want to get dropped off at your front door. We had a good experience overall and would recommend.

We asked for an extra pillow but we're told only 4 per room. Also an extra regular blanket as my son hogs it and they weren't able to give me another white blanket. When I booked the breakfast was an extra $100 and then when I checked the rates when we checked in the pricing went down. I asked if they could be a discount if we purchased 2 days of breakfast but of course they said no. They had some nice lotions. The room was enough for 2 adults and 2 children under age 6. The location is not ideal, as it is 15 mins walk to the mall. Not much is around there. Not sure if I will book this location again. It was nice that they had a shuttle to Disneyland but the shuttle does not run often. Also the first night shuttle is not until 2100. The walls had marks but it was decent and cleaned.
