The service from the staff was excellent. They welcomed us each time upon entering, answered queries, and helped us forward our luggage. Daily room service is available, and the room was kept clean and tidy while we were out. The hotel is well situated in a quiet part of Ueno, with Ueno Station only 5 minutes walk away. Enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Nohga Hotel in Ueno. This is a smaller boutique type hotel that sits in a very quiet area but just 5 minutes from the Ueno Station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a selection of toiletry supplies which was very helpful when one of suitcases arrived late. There is a nice pop up bar in a comfortable lounge to relax with very reasonable prices. The coin operated laundry was also very convenient. Overall, they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
