호텔은 아키바가 주 목적인 사람에게 매우 최적의 장소다. 호텔을 기준으로 왼쪽으로 나가면 오차노미즈 역도 가까워서 교통이 편리하다. 제공되는 조식 역시 타 호텔과 비교해도 충분한 퀄리티였다.
