The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is so wonderful! Bonus, the hotel is perfectly located to shopping, dining, entertainment and trainlines (JR, H, G and C). There is so much to see and do and it is easy to hop on any of the railways to almost any location nearby. The hotel staff are so friendly and cheerful, we absolutely love this hotel and stayed last year - we will be back next year!

Overall a good stay, but there wasnt too many amenities (some coffee providedor larger mugs would be nice). Would suggest a vending machine with some snacks, but there are alot of food shops around. Note that visitors not allowed up to the room even non staying family, and this is enforced by a mandatory stop on the concierge floor on the elevator However the rooms were clean and the location was good and close to the station.

The room was so clean, and the staff members were so courteous. Additionally, the location was convenient because it was close to the JR line, the Ginza line and the Chiyoda line. Although the room size was small, it was very reasonable.

So clean and perfect room. Check in super easy they have a self check in machine which was very convenient to use. Handwritten note was sweet and gave me a free rubber duck to take home! Highly enjoyed my stay here.
