Will stay again.

Best hotel from our trip. Lobby had a great view of Tokyo Tower. Room also had the same view (paid for it). Room was spacious and clean. Staff greeted you every time you left and arrived. Held our luggage befoee check in and after check out. Even delivered our luggage to our rooms. Overall a great hotel. Train station below also was a plus with a family mart.

Really enjoyed having artwork exhibited throughout the property, which was a very unique feature. Great views of Mt. Fuji and Tokyo tower from the lobby and our room. Staff was excellent upon arrival, assisting with our departure and also quickly retrieving some items we'd left in our room after checking out. The twin room we stayed in was a bit tight for two people.

I liked about their one of amenities, getting free beverages of either chocolate or variety of coffees from 7 am to 10 pm. The hotel is located oim business central Tokyo which was very convenient with ease of transportation to get to anywhere.
