While room was relatively small it was beautifully appointed and comfortable. I had a great view of Tokyo tower and ,one clear morning of Mt. Fuji. The staff is superb. We had one of the artistic room full of painting over the walls and the ceiling. The hotel is a modern art lover Mecca

This hotel is near Ginza 8 area. It takes about 10 mins walking there. There are train stations nearby which is super convenient. The hotel staff is professional and friendly. The food from the onsite Japanese restaurant is very good. Overall, this hotel is great!

Nice hotel, rooms vary…

Hotel was lovely except the air in my room did not work. The staff brought a fan and had maintenance look at it twice. Said that there was no issues and it was me. My sisters room was ice cold, I was sweating in mine even with the fan they brought in. After 2 days of no change they gave me a different room. No attempt to make up for the days of being uncomfortable, said the room change made up for it.

Friendly staff

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The view from my room was incredible. The location was great. The hotel did not have a gym which for us was very disappointing. Also, the sunlight came through the blinds in the morning and woke me up all four mornings.

This hotel was nice! However it was HOT. The areas by the elevators were hot and the rooms were hot until we learned the humidifier doubled as a fan. The rooms were good, but teeny tiny. It was fine for our first 3 days, but if we had been in a room this size our whole trip it would have driven us nuts. Generally, its a good place to stay, but if i stayed here again i would make sure to get a bigger room. Connected / right by a couple train stops.
