The triple room is extremely small. We struggled with 3 suitcases. The bathroom had mold and you had to step up half a meter to get into it. I had a fall trying to get to the shower. Not recommended for international visitors with large suitcases as there is no room for anything. The counter staff were great though.

Noisy rooms in a rather seedy area. The room appeared to be clean but that’s about the only positive. Bed is hard as a plank. The hotel still uses old fashioned keys which seems so antiqued. Mechanical noise from inside the building. Can hear other guests. Construction noise from outside during the day. Noise from party goers at night. Smell of cigarettes. Rooms can be rented by the hour so you get the idea. I spent one night here and fled Tokyo. Left a very bad impression on me. Would not recommend staying there. At least the staff member who helped partially refund my booking was helpful.

The hotel is old and careless, at the beginning I received tiny room that smelled bad of vomit, but the problem was solved, changing the room. Too pricy for what it is!

Staff was very nice. It was an actual key not keycard only thing that was kind of weird but was still nice. The lobby is good place to eat and very good vibes. Overall it was a great stay
