Great location being near to underground and a 10 min walk to Tokyo Station plus on the edge of Ginza shopping and dining options! Room quite small which is common in Tokyo but would remove the massage chair as it left no room for luggage! Comfortable room but bed against the wall so tricky to get in and out but good overall!

Very professional and polite staff. They were easy to communicate with and always willing to help. Rooms were very tidy, clean and had all the amenities advertised. Hotel is also conveniently located next to the Ginza line making it easy to get around the city. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay.

This was my second time in Japan and we decided to get a hotel next to a station, in this case the Kyobashi station. Very handy and was a great feeling when we could just go downstairs and hop right on the metro. The Tokyo station is a short 8-10 minute walk away if you need a different line. The shower was amazing for a tall person, the water comes out of the ceiling with the option to use a shower head on the side. Very spacious and one of the best features. Check out was at 12pm but they held our bags until later as our flight was later in the day with no problems. There was also a 7eleven right outside the hotel for anything you need. Really loved this hotel and I would go again. It was perfect for an event we visited at the Makuhari Messe and Disney. You would need to walk to and from the Tokyo station for the train line though. 5/5

Honestly, the massage chair wins it for me. I used it pretty much every time I wanted to sit down in the room haha. Also the location is great! Close to Tokyo station, and the entrance to another subway station I used to get around places is right in front of the hotel.

What I really like about this hotel is that it is right in front of the Kyobashi Metro station so just a few feet and you can be right on the train to your next destination. And just a 10 min walk to Tokyo Station.

I loved staying at Remm! The staff members were all very kind and helpful. The facility is very clean and has two 7 Elevens nearby, which is awesome for snacks/drinks to stock up on. This hotel has a subway station right in front and others only a few minutes away to get you to many of the best attractions Tokyo has to offer. Over all, it was a great hotel experience for my first trip to Japan.

Excellent location directly in front of subway lines. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of amenities. Space is can be limited for some but fit my wife and I well. Showers with great water pressure. Staff helpful and check in and check out very easy.

The rooms are tiny, but there was a massage chair! The massage chair was an ok size for me bc I’m short, but anyone normal height or taller probably won’t fit. Our room had a smell, kind of like old smoke maybe? I couldn’t place it but after a while, I got used to it. But it did have a smell. I wish there were more hooks and another towel bar in the bathroom. There’s nowhere to hang another towel. I found the location convenient to Tokyo station and transportation lines, but not much going on right outside, it’s a business office area. Check in and out was fairly easy, not much interaction with staff but everyone seemed fine.
