Is there room for your suitcase?

I was sharing a room. My room share was feeling unwell so I decided to get a seperate room for the weekend with a view to the rest of the trip. In the end, I went back to sharing bc the shared room was more functional. There is a massage chair in the rooms that takes so much floor space, you cannot even lay your suitcase on the floor in some of them. When i asked if it could be moved, i was told no by the desk staff who escalated my concerns to the hotel manager who suggested I put a dirty suitcase on the bed (with white sheets) each time I was meant to get clothes. I said I would not do this for convenience or hygiene reasons and it is a reasonable expectation to have a spot to put your suitcase. In the end I was upgraded to a slightly bigger room for 1 night and I decided to move back to the shared room. I was prepared to spend more money on a hotel room but the hotel managers rude suggestion turned me right off. The desk staff were still polite though.

Excellent location but think about floor space

The location to Kyobashi station entrance/exit and local 7 elevens was excellent. 3 within walking distance and station entrance directly in front of hotel. Ginza shopping dustrict was 1 stop away meaning shopping and restaurants were terrific. My only criticism was the standard hotel rooms were so small you had to upgrade to fit your suitcase on the floor. There were no shelves or cupboard to unpack your suitcase, so if you are sharing or an international traveller, it is important to think about this. The bed, bathroom, pillows and sheets were all excellent. Supplied coffee and tea was all good.

Clean room, decent size for Tokyo, even had a massage chair which we ended up using every night to our own surprise. The downside is that it takes a lot of space and if you are a couple with 2 large bags it becomes difficult to move. The breakfast is basic so if not included in your rate, don’t bother with it. The check in is strictly at 14:00 with no flexibility- they literally wait until 2PM on the dot to start check in - regardless if the rooms are ready. This means that there is a huge crowd of people waiting to check in at the same time - so it’s a bit of a mess. Not sure why the management wouldn’t check people in earlier if the rooms are ready. Nevertheless, a solid option for a short stay, 7 min walk to Tokyo station and right on top of Ginza line.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay at rems Tokyo Kyobash. Room was very clean, modern and well supplied (not very big, but just fine for our needs). Staff was super friendly and eager to help. Location close to Tokyo Station was convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

Service is very friendly and rooms are good size for Japan business hotel but could use a place to open luggage in the room. Great room darkening shade and quiet rooma. Massage chair was nice surprise. Coffee ans tea packets in lobby on 7th floor. Housekeeping everyday but can opt for eco option. Wish there was a way to not change pajamas and towels everyday but still get housekeeping. Check in was at a kiosk but customer service helped. Not sure why they had the kiosk as I prefer the real people at check in

I loved the location of this hotel. It was literally steps away from the Kyobashi station on the Ginza line, which made my life so much easier. The hotel is also located right in between two 7-elevens. The room itself was a standard sized room for Tokyo and it was clean. I appreciated how there was an eco-clean clean option during my stay. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a safe, convenient, and clean hotel close to Tokyo Station. Thanks so much to the staff here for making my stay a great one!
