The staff were super friendly and spoke English. The hotel can hold your luggage if your flight is later in the day. The rooms were a little small and I got a duvet with a stain on it

Staff was helpful and fluent in English. Rooms were small, but functional. Massage chair was a welcome addition after a full day of walking. Location was fantastic. Right by Tokyo Station, and with 2@ 7-11 stores within one block for getting supplies.

Hotel is located in good kyobashi station, 1 stop from Ginza, hotel is right at exit 6 door step, hotel is clean, has good showering facility, and is in the midst of upgrading its laundry facility, check in is strictly at 2pm. Good choice for holiday.

Great location, walking distance to Ginza and Tokyo station. A lot of restaurants, cafe, 7-11 nearby. Quiet area and safe. Hotel just in front of Kyobashi Station. Highly recommended.

The rooms are a bit small, like a cruise ship cabin but otherwise very comfortable. The breakfast area was very convenient & comfortable. I feel it could have been better quality food. It wasnt terrible, I'm just comparing to when I travel to western Europe and the breakfast at all the hotels there are amazing. So maybe this breakfast for Japan was great. Still, I would stay here again when I return.
