All staff are helpful and cheerful. Check in and check out were flawless. Metro is right in front of the building. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at remm Tokyo Kyobashi. We will come back next time.

Rooms just a bit too small. Smallest we had on our trip and having to pay an additional $60 to check in a bit early was steep. Otherwise clean and satisfied. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Rooms are small, but that’s what you are going to get in Tokyo. Was just fine for 1 person (in their largest room), but a 2nd person in it might be a little cramped with luggage. Great location with access to metro and train station. Great breakfast buffet. Restaurants right across the street. Very friendly staff.

Great location after staying in a different district a few days. Small room but well appointed and clean. Massage chair was a bonus. Like this district for Tokyo. Great food, shopping and close to Tokyo statuon

Great business hotel near Tokyo Station with great transit options to get around Tokyo or Japan. Great spot for walking and every restaurant imaginable right around hotel. Two 7 Elevens within 30 m of hotel. Hotel was clean, quiet, and the rain shower is amazing.

A perfect hotel for Tokyo.

The first reason for choosing this hotel is that it’s quite near the Tokyo train station. Moreover the Ginza line is just beneath the hotel and it takes you to Shibuya and from there it’s easy to go to Shinjuku as well. The staff are excellent in their job, our room is spacious enough for two, good shower and toilet facilities. The price is good and for convenience of snacks there are two 7 eleven shops very near, one just near the hotel. I full recommend this hotel and I would book it again if I would return back to Japan.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Nice to have the breakfast option. The Kyobashi train entrance is directly in front of the hotel so it was very convenient. Roller blinds on windows allow for dark rooms which is great for a good nights sleep.
