Worst VRBO experience we've ever had

This was the worst VRBO we've ever stayed in; we would never stay here again, and neither should you. The check in process was entirely automated, and the specific instructions were buried in a PDF sent via email, which made for a stressful arrival. The floorplan showed four beds, but only three were in the apartment. One of the two bathrooms was out of order, and we weren't notified ahead of time. We communicated via the VRBO app three times to let the property owner know we had concerns, and never received a reply. When we requested a refund from VRBO, we were denied because the owner lied about communications they had supposedly sent us, and about the condition of the bathroom. Do yourself a favor - stay ANYWHERE else other than here.
Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2023
