For the price and the amenities, it was a decent stay. I liked how it was convenient located by the railway station. My husband and I only had two concerns. One being the air conditioner. On our first night, it was not working, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. For some reason, the second night it just so happened to be working. Our second issue was tiny blood stains on the bedsheets (specifically the bed by the window). There was dried blood. My husband told me to ignore it and I thought what's the harm because it's already dry. Anyway, this hotel is appropriate for anyone who is on a budget to stay within the Disney viscinity.

Rooms are very clean. Bathroom is amazingly clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the shuttle to Bay station.

We stayed here in September with a family of 4. Luckily we got upgraded and managed to see the disney fireworks from our balcony ocean view 6th floor parkside room. The rooms were comfortably but a little worse for wear. Beds on the other hand were the most comfortable we had on our trip. There were a number of dining options for breakfast and we tried 2. Tostina and Grand. The Grand had the better spread of the 2 and was worth the spend. Hotel is walkable to the Disney Monorail and there is also a shuttle if you dont like walking. We also found out there is a shuttle from and to the Maihama Station which would have been useful when we first arrived. A tip i would give is to buy the day passes or multiple day passes if you intend to use the disney monorail. It is more economical for multiple trips plus makes a good souvenir.

Family friendly, easy transport options and friendly staff. Have to pay extra for activities such as the kids play room which is not ideal and all restaurant options are very expensive.

Very convenient to Disneyland and Disney Sea. Shuttle bus service many times an hour. Close to train station too. All the hotel staff was VERY friendly and polite. Will definitely stay at Sheraton again.
