Some of the nicest staff I have ever met in my life. They made our stay in Japan fantastic and it was in such a nice area, a short walk from Hachiko. Cleanroom and a great breakfast. I would stay here again anytime!

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant reception area. 10 min walk to Shibuya Station and a 15 min walk to Yoyogi Park which is beautiful. Not so good. The bathroom was outdated, the slimy plug didn’t fit so was unable to have a bath.

We found that the location for this hotel is great. We wishes that some of the in-lobby amenities were available in the room but it did not matter that much as we were only there for one night. Bedroom was comfortable.
