A nice little hotel in Shinjuku, a little different from the pictures, but ultimately not a bad place to stay at all.

The staff was great and helpful. The hotel is location in a great spot and close to everything (i.e train stations, nightlife, food, etc.)
Nice big room. Clean, quiet, safe. Nothing fancy but it doesn’t need to be. Would stay again.

The room and lobby were nothing like any of the pictures (not sure if that was the hotel years ago or they are renovating and this is what is supposed to look like).
It appeared clean however and the elevator was dependable.
Location is closest to E line.

Very convenient and good value. The service at the front desk was excellent, even though we couldn't speak Japanese.
Fantastic hotel. Great location. Great price. Friendly staff.
Yes its a bit tired and dated but its spotless and your room will be so much bigger than anything similar price wise in Tokyo. We had a room with a couch, double bed which lead onto a little hall area with Japanese toilet, sink area and full walk in shower with a bath tub to boot. Hotel provides all toiletries and was just fantastic. Good area min walk or so from Shinjuku station. Room are smoking but our room didn't smell at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I think that this hotel room was perfect for my stay. I stayed one night by myself and it was great! It had everything I needed to sleep and shower comfortably. Also, it was very close to the main Shinjuku area which was convenient!
Wow, what an incredible place to stay for the value it provides. What this place lacks in newness of the construction, it makes up in amenities, cleanliness and space. Would love to book again if we’re in Shinjuku again.

Awesome location with everything you need and easy access to Oedo and Fukutoshin lines. The property is dated, but the rooms are spacious with an excellent ofuro room separate from the main room. The toilet is also separate so good for travelling as a couple.
Huge space - had a separate bathroom, separate toilet and then a bedroom with a living area next to it. Shower pressure was fantastic, check in & out was very simple, fantastic central location for a brilliant price

The approah, the locality and finally the amount of steps to climb, especially for a disability person on a wheelchair. No way was that possible. The receptionist never knew English to make it worse.
