The room and lobby were nothing like any of the pictures (not sure if that was the hotel years ago or they are renovating and this is what is supposed to look like). It appeared clean however and the elevator was dependable. Location is closest to E line.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Great price. Friendly staff. Yes its a bit tired and dated but its spotless and your room will be so much bigger than anything similar price wise in Tokyo. We had a room with a couch, double bed which lead onto a little hall area with Japanese toilet, sink area and full walk in shower with a bath tub to boot. Hotel provides all toiletries and was just fantastic. Good area min walk or so from Shinjuku station. Room are smoking but our room didn't smell at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I think that this hotel room was perfect for my stay. I stayed one night by myself and it was great! It had everything I needed to sleep and shower comfortably. Also, it was very close to the main Shinjuku area which was convenient!
