The room was clean and quiet. Staff were for the most part quite courteous and helpful. The breakfast was quite good . Location was excellent for seeing local sites and only 20 minutes walk from the tour buses.

We loved this hotel - perfect for our first stay in Tokyo! The hotel was lovely, staff were super friendly and our room was perfect, with a great view over the city. I've heard that the rooms can be a little small in this hotel, so we opted for an Executive Double, and it was fantastic. We even had a sofa, which was great for relaxing after a long day. The hotel even has vending machines and free umbrella rental, which really helped us acclimatise to a new city!

Our room was spacious, excellent views from the 13th floor. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of western and Japanese foods available. Rooftop bar staff were excellent- the bartenders really know their stuff!

Barely any staff interaction since they just point to the self service counter. Room looked like old motel. Bathtub was so high that we keep bumping out leg to take showers. Overall bad experience. Place does not look like the nice pictures on website.

Staff was great, took good care of our luggages we sent via Yamamoto and also offered to keep them before check-in. The room was clean however the carpets in the whole hotel look like they could be changed out. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together and covered with one double bed mattress cover and fitted sheet. I still slept comfortably but thought it was weird. Tje room was just big enough for 2 people. The complimentary breakfast was also ok - more options than other hotels.

The only thing 4 star about this hotel is the area it is in. This place's courtyard is rat infested and the room was way too small and very uncomfortable.
