Lovely hotel with great amenities. Restaurant served excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The rooftop terrace has a pretty poor menu - we went once and vowed we would never return there. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Didn’t love the self check in but otherwise, had a lovely stay!

Rundown, dirty and overpriced. After travelling Japan for 2 weeks we decided to enjoy ourselves at a nicer hotel but it ended up being the worst of the trip. The unit had disgusting marks throughout the outside garden is all weeds and it’s located in a dirty part of the neighbourhood. The rooftop area was nice but only opens at 5pm unfortunately.

Convenient. Lots of room options. We booked a more expensive and larger room and were very pleased. It’s not a luxury hotel but very comfortable and breakfast was good. The area is a bit hectic so make sure that’s where you want to be. If so, it’s great.

The hotel is really nice but the area around it is not! It’s night club areas that we didn’t know it was… and every other night there’s drunk lying on the street! And in some areas, the garbage are dumped high on the street!!

Great room for a solo traveler.

I knowingly booked a room that was very small, but also reasonably priced. It was very clean and sufficient for a place to sleep after spending a long day visiting sites around Tokyo. It would have been too tight, however, if there had been two of us.
