This place is not what I expected. So far from the Shinjuku station, 15 mins walk to be exact. During our stay, we hear lots of banging from upstairs. Also, its very hard to find.

It was nice, just the heating in the room was to hot and we had to turn it off and use the fan to cool down the room. Central with basic facilities.

The staff were lovely and the location is great for the price —- however, do not stay here if you want a comfortable bed, supportive pillows or big restroom. Our room was poorly ventilated and was super difficult to get to a reasonable temperature. I value these things in a hotel room so I will likely be paying more money to stay somewhere a little nicer the next time I’m in Shinjuku.

This hotel is impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained. Its prime location places it conveniently between a variety of shops and restaurants, with Shinjuku Station just a quick 10-minute walk away. The room is compact, as is standard in Tokyo. I highly recommend it.
