The address was very hard to find. I got lost and went to the wrong site. Then had to walk 20min to get to the right hotel. The rooms are much smaller than they look online. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Absolutely love this hotel and this area, we have stayed here 3 times now. Great location, very peaceful but within easy reach of the metro system to be connected to the rest of Tokyo. Staff are always friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and although rooms can be on the smaller side, they are well kept with good facilities.

The hotel was in a great location! Short walk to 2 stations for those that are travelling and adventuring around a lot. The area is quiet and close to loads of restaurants. 15 mins on the train to Shibuya and the hotel was clean, room was really good for price and the staff were helpful

Nice hotel, the staff very nice, the rooms are small but comfortable. enough space for 2 but tight. They are a couple of restaurants around and a nice bakery close by. The hotel has a small restaurant downstairs always open (nice miso soup). Is 2 blocks from the metro

The staff was helpful however, we had to move our room because it reeked of cigarette smoke. Even if you are not on the smoking floors, you can smell it in the hallways and possibly your room. The place is very brown and dull, it feels dirty.
