Laundry

Even though would consider staying again next time . The Laundry need to improve. One of the preference to stay at this hotel is laundry services, but this one is sub par. Only two washer/dryer for the hotel definitely not enough, and no one do the cleaning on the dryer filter at all. So, your dry clothes end up dirty. Even though there are laundry service in walking distance. But, visitor would not walk for 3 blocks at late evening to do the laundry !!

Staff was nice. Location was clean. The area is about a five minute walk from a train station that takes you anywhere in Japan. There is a bus shuttle at the hotel a block away if you need to go to Haneda or Narita. 10/10 would stay again

This was the third or fourth time I've stayed here. Its a good basic business hotel, very clean, close to the station, convenient area with lots of dining and shopping options. I really like the Kinshicho area. Rooms are typically small but the bed is fairly comfortable and its good value for money

Nice little hotel less than a ten minute walk from the Kinshicho train station; plenty of restaurants in the area as well as shopping. Nothing fancy, they only offer breakfast on site but who wants to eat every meal in a hotel? If you want to stay in a quiet area away from the bustle, I recommend this hotel.

Comfortable stay a few blocks away from a train and bus line, close to Tokyo skytree. Room was clean, comfortable and good space for a Tokyo hotel. Staff was friendly and eager to assist as needed. Check in process was thru a machine and easy.

Definitely recommend

Hotel's nice and clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. It's also in an area that has surprisingly more stuff to eat/do than I expected but was still quiet and peaceful.

Room was very small with no space at all to put luggages, we were constantly tripping over them. Other hotels we stayed in during our japan trip that were a similar size had the option of storing luggages under the bed which really helped with the minimal space of the room. Cleanliness was fine, not the best but not the worst. Location is great though, 5 minute walk from Kinchino station with access to both the subway and railway station.
