Room cleaning everyday, we stayed at 12th floor. Had to open the window which is fine make sit cooler and airy as the AC wasn’t working as well. It’s more a fan so gets a bit hot. Convenient locations 8 mins to train station. Great western breakfast (pricy). Has local mart right next door and a Chinese restaurant nxt door also. Gets a bit busy but doesn’t bother us we r out everyday til late. Walls of the rooms r thin as we can hear activity from neighbouring rooms which can be annoying. Other than that happy and will be saying again.

Staff was good. This hotel was always busy; constant flow of guest leaving/coming. Was always noisy on the 1st & second floor. Bed & pillows were actually comfortable. If it’s one thing I didn’t like about this hotel, washer/dryer. Expect to dry your clothes for over 2+hour, no option to increase heat.

This was a fabulous hotel. The atmosphere of the bar, restaurant and bakery was lovely. Walking distance to Shinjuku station and opiate a lovely park. Great value, would definitely stay here again !

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had several options that you can choose from. We like the area because it was quiet. My husband and I love to walk so it was not a problem for us walking to Shinjuku train station and taking the trains from there. There was also a bus right outside our hotel that takes you to Shibuya which was really convenient.

I had a really weird experience. There were always taxis lined up outside the hotel so those are easy to get. The front desk staff is super helpful and they walk you through step-by-step at the kiosk for check-in. The elevators are very fast and the rooms are clean. The only thing is the rooms are a little small. I guess if you get the standard size like me. And then with the showers, the bathtub is very high, so I kept hitting my shin trying to get out the tub. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Rooms were SMALL! Not suitable for 2 adults with luggage. No wardrobes, bathroom tiny, for the price you’d really think you’d have more room. The cleaning didn’t even involve making the bed daily, bed sheets changed once in 3 days which is fine. I knew the room was meant to be small but didn’t expect it to be this small. Bottles of water 2 per day and if you ask for more you’re directed to vending machine.

The room was spotless, towels, water bottles and coffee/tea packets were replenished everyday. The electric kettle was great for our morning coffee and nightly tea. This location was perfect!! Easy access to the train station (just across the street by the government building) and walking distance to everything in Shinjuku and felt safe anytime of the day and night but also offers peaceful walks to the park and the shrine. I also LOVE the bakery at the front lobby! Thanks to all of the hotel staff for being so kind and accommodating. The only issue we had was using the laundry facility where there were only 3 small washers and dryers and the dryer didn’t dry at all after an hour. So we had to take our wet clothes to the laundromat behind the building. Otherwise our 10-day stay was great and would definitely stay here again.
