The place is ok, roomy, well placed. It is far from the action and it is peaceful. There are a few convenience stores around but it lacks proper dinning options. But my biggest complaint is the check-in experience: absolutely disastrous. I kept receiving emails after emails about the check-in process. Almost all of them were in Japanese. Those messages are so long and all the key information is diluted and hidden within the flood of nonsense. And they basically were the same messages all the time. And then, when I actually had problem getting in, they were not helpful at all. I had to call them on the phone and spent 15min on the phone because they can't spell properly. There is no on site staff, there is no luggage keep, nothing. I've rarely had such a horrible check-in. And with the jetlag, the heat, and the stress, it was a horrible way to be welcomed.

The listing say it sleeps 10. We were a family of 5 and we stretched the sleep arrangements. Maybe if were college kids on spring break we could get 10. The guide the renter provided was accurate and made the stay enjoyable. Without it we would have had issues. The distance to the Skytree and the train station was extremely convenient. The apartment was clean and all the facilities worked well. The kitchen sink leaked, but created no issues for us. I would recommend this place to people traveling on a budget. I would recommend it to people who weren’t. It was very clean, the bedding was nice (they need better pillows). They also need better chairs. The best places to sit are gone after you turn them into beds, and the remaining chairs are not comfortable. The toilet is in a different place than the shower and sink. The shower and sink share space with the clothes washer. It is actually a smart design, but might throw you off at first.

Absolute everything was perfect except they didnt give up our actual room number. No biggie a phone call and a quick fix. We will be coming to stay again and I've already recommend this property to several friends who are planning to go. Next time we will stay there the entirety of our trip.
