Loved staying here! The views are amazing and everyone was so nice. It was so clean and was close to shimbashi station. There’s a lot of places to eat and walking distance to Ginza. The bed is indeed very hard like other reviewers have mentioned and made sleeping more difficult. Also the room is a little small and made it difficult to unpack/pack.

Ok hotel, convenient to station

Liked the hotel vibe. Close walk from the station, plenty of convenience stores nearby. They let us check in early which was very much appreciated. Was really excited to stay here, but I must say I was just a little disappointed for the cost, The room was ok, modern, small ( as you often get in Tokyo) , view wasn’t the best side of the building. Bed was quite hard as were pillows. Managed to fit out two suitcases in with some imagination. Bathroom nice, powerful shower and all the amenities. Free lounge area was not what I expected. It was one of the selling points, but there was no fresh milk to have with coffee and no diet drinks. So we used it only once. It was also closed for maintenance whilst we were there for 3 days. No pre- warning before stay. We paid for breakfast when booking at an extra cost. It was always busy so it wasn’t really a relaxing start to the day. Usually crammed next to someone else so very little opportunity to have a private conversation. Some days there was a wait to sit down. I wanted to take my own almond milk in so I could have a coffee and cereal but was refused. Breakfast offering was good , mix of western and Japanese dishes. However , being vegetarian there was considerably less. Each day I had the same thing which soon got boring. I was disappointed that they did not provide nice fresh breads, this would have been the one thing they could have done to elevate the offering. We ended up not using the vouchers twice.

Overall we were happy with this hotel, we were in Tokyo for the marathon and this was a great choice to be close to the finish line. The morning buffet was great for me, however it did not have many gluten free options for my wife.

Enjoyed our stay at The Blossom Hibiya. The view from our room on the 23rd floor was wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel was a bit pricey but there were other options for dining in the area. The room was clean and very well appointed.

I had a fantastic stay at The Blossom Hibiya. It’s very conveniently located close to many train stations, walkable to Ginza and the Imperial palace. Views from the spacious open lobby area are amazing. Rooms are small but not too small though I was a solo traveller. Good breakfasts and lots of restaurants located within walking distance.

Great property and fantastic location. Stayed there to run the Tokyo Marathon. The staff was excellent and courteous. Good breakfast. Nice lobby bar. The rooms are smaller but similar to other hotel rooms in big cities. Very clean and comfortable.
