Staffs are fantastic!! Friendly, helpful and clear communications. Room, hotel facilities are clean and environment is ok too. Convenient location, less than 10min walk to Ginza station. Room is rather dark (quite dark actually), would be good if can be brighter. Limited space for baggage but that’s the same for most hotel in Tokyo. Check that hotel room layouts are suitable before booking. Some might really find it hard to place baggage(s). The 4 stars is due to darkness. There are bigger room but wasn’t available by the time I booked. Stayed before and didn’t remember room being so dark.
