I really like that the property is in a great neighborhood and the rooms are quite spacious and clean. I also liked that they held our bags while we came back from our days in other cities. On the other hand I never experienced as a 4 star hotel such a bad breakfast. In the first place they only offer 5 dishes that are really bad and boring, they only serve coffee and 1 type of tea, no alternative milk, no gluten free options. If you want better coffeee you need to pay more. The staff didn´t understood my concerns so it was really hard to get my message. I stayed 4 nights and I had to bring my own breakfast to the dinning place since it was really poor.

I loved the hotel, it was close to a lot of restaurants and close to main shopping streets. Personally i didnt hear any noise in my room coming from the bar on the 2nd floor. I stayed in this hotel 2 times during my trip and I will go there again when im back to tokyo!

We had an awesome stay. This hotel is just walking distance to the shops, which is great. Staff are lovely and helpful. We will book again in the future but will choose a bigger room.

Great location, room was nice and larger than a lot you find in Tokyo. My only surprise was that the staff were not very welcoming. If you came in or left they didn’t say hello or goodbye. You could struggle checking in on the kiosks while 4 people behind the check in desk just ignore you. I was surprised by this as I’ve found most people in Tokyo to be very welcoming. But overall very nice hotel. There is a blue tooth speaker system in the shower which was a nice unexpected touch.
