持込の荷物なども共用棚に置いたり、二段ベッドの上に上がるだけでも大変でした。着替えするスペースも無いですし、真っ暗な部屋で身の回りの事は、ほとんどできないので、共同生活や他人の事が気になるような人であれば、宿泊費は安いですが、疲れとストレスが溜まると思います。

東京の庶民体験ができるドミトリー

合板で組み立てた二段ベッド。やや防音性に問題あり。一部屋５台の男女部屋１０人定員。トイレ、シャワーは男女部屋なので各１。女性が少ないので男性にはトイレ不足。別に洗髪ができる洗面台が１。男性は男性専用部屋を選択するのが良いだろう。ベッドの間隔が広く自分の荷物を置くスペースも充分あって圧迫感を感じないのは大変良い。ただ一階から上に行く階段が狭く複雑。周駅から徒歩３分の下町商店街の中で、地元向けの食堂がいくつもあって便利。９ｐｍ過ぎると騒音も少ない。池袋や新宿の都心に泊まるのもいいがそこから各停で、２，３駅郊外に行くとローカルな雰囲気が味わえ、宿泊費を浮かすこともできる。

値段に対してサービスの質が高く、非常に満足できました。唯一疑問点があるとすれば、特定の長期滞在していると思われる日本人が、共有部をフル活用してしました( 自分用に炊飯するなど )。利用規約に違反するようなことでは無いと思いますが、見ていて気持ちの良いモノではありませんでした。日本のゲストハウスにおいて、我々日本人は主役では無いと思うので、海外の旅行客が萎縮しかねかい振る舞いは、遠慮または運営者が諌める部分と感じました。

Worst Staff Ever.

Awful. The staff came and woke me up about a check out time that didn’t apply to my situation. Also the toilets had stains on them and weren’t clean. Terrible experience and will defiantly not be going back.

女性専用部屋があって嬉しい

清掃してる男性のスタッフの悪口が聞こえてとても不快な気分になりました。訳あって4日弱滞在させて頂きました。部屋に入ってきた男性が「柑橘系の匂いがすごい」「だってずっといるじゃん」と何度か言っており、どう考えてもトイレの芳香剤の匂いなのにずっと居る私のせいみたいな言い方されて、なんだか面白かったです。私が外国人とでも思ったのでしょうか。泊まらせて頂いた身でこんなこと言ってしまって申し訳ございません。それ以外は大変満足でした。ありがとうございました。

こういう共同ドミトリのベッド貸しやカプセルホテルは同じフロアの宿泊者により、快適さや印象が大きく変わります。ここは何度も利用していますが、今のところは変な宿泊客や異臭異音にあたったことはありません。長期宿泊と思われる方も見かけましたが、少し荷物やタオルがベッドの外に置かれている程度で気にはなりませんでした。(ただし私はカプセルホテルやホステルに年の四分の一近く泊まるので、他の人と感性が違うかもしれません。酷いところを経験しているからというのはあるかも)

ベッドは詰め過ぎず余裕もって配置されていて、空調と換気用の窓もあり、良かったです。長期滞在者は地下で過ごす時間が長いらしく、ベッドルームでは遭遇せず平和でした。ただ、おっさんの身には階段の昇り降りがきつかった。

엘레베이터가 없는 꽈배기형 계단입니다. 그래서 스태프들이 캐리어를 올려다줘요. 가볍게 짐만 챙기시고 캐리어는 1층 로비에 맡겨두셔도 됩니다. 수건은 돈 주고 빌려야하고 샤워실 입구에 발매트가 있습니다. 샤워시설도 깨끗한 편이고, 샴푸/컨디셔너/바디워시도 샤워실 내부에 비치되어 있어요. 지하에 휴게실이 있는데 스태프분이 수시로 청소하시고, 커피도 드실 수 있어요. 조그만 냉장고도 2대 있습니다. 저는 묵는동안 한국인은 한명도 못 봤고, 거의 일본인들 이었어요. 침대도 푹신하고 리셉션에서 이어플러그도 줍니다. 혼자 여행한다면 이 동네 괜찮아요. 이케부쿠로역까지 지하철로 8분정도 걸리고 동네에 아기자기한 빵집들도 있습니다. 전 싸게 예약해서 3박에 정말 저렴하게 잘 지냈어요.
