Room was very nice, lucky to get a corner room on the 8th floor. Hotel staff was incredibly polite and spoke clear english, no noise complaints, bed was comfortable and the rooms were incredibly quiet. Bathroom had a wonderful shower and free coffee at the counter, would definitely love to stay here again if I come back to Kamata!

Staff 5/5 very helpful, easy to communicate in English. Room Cleanliness 4.5/5 Some old dirt is hard to clean, understandable. Bed 3/5 not very good but acceptable. Amenities 2/5 The air conditioner is old, does not feel it is functioning as well as the mini refrigerator. You need to keep the window open. At 12/F you will get annoyed by the sound from Kamata Train station but 7/F is fine. Hotel location is quite and safe. Easy to get food to eat. Next to two Train Stations is one of the best reasons to stay here.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very warm, polite, helpful and informative. I love the location not crowded. My kid was confidently walk in the neighborhood unlike other places. There is a near playground for kids. I think the Donki in Kamata is more cheaper than the other places. Those who love affordable but stylish coats, there is 3 blocks away from the hotel. My husband bought a lot of coats, and suits in a very cheap price.

Good location for travel from Keikyu-Kamata station Good Location if need to travel to Haneda airport especially for early morning flight Good location for food and supermarket (Seiyu), Donki Hotel room size is reasonable. The size of bed was not for us. All Japanese hotels are made for small people. I may be wrong. I just need to pay more and do my homework better. I learned the lesson. Because I have been 3 different hotels in Narita Airport. I had no issue on this one. I guess it all comes to the size and price of room etc...
