Great room right in the heart of Shibuya. Within walking distance of Shibuya train station, a bunch of awesome stores, and delicious restaurants! The coffee severed in the morning is also good!

New facility, not old or out dated. Friendly staff. Coffee shop in house (small but has coffee) great facilities in room including fridge, microwave, hot plate, washer/dryer, balcony, TV, air conditioner, comfortable beds and lounge area. Just Checked out from our stay and now heading to next destination. Cannot fault this place and lived up my expectations. The room was big enough for a 3 night stay and had also a washing machine/sink area which was handy and the amenities and hairdryer was great. The cleaning service is only every 7days but towels and rubbish collection is whenever day you require when you put the sign on the door. Receptionist was really friendly and extremely helpful especially when i enquiried about luggage forwarding to my next hotel. Location is perfect. Familymart and supermarkets on the doorstep. Its close enough to the shopping action/Shibuya station (15mins walk) Will definitely recommend and stay here again on my next trip.

It is in a great location and staff was friendly. The coffee is excellent. The rooms were fine with the exception of the bed covers. One of the covers had stains and did not smell good. Other than that, the room had everything we needed.
