Very clean room and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had its own washing machine which was very handy. We didn’t cook in the room, but it had some basic dishes and a pot. I stayed here about 15 years ago and would stay here again. Great location!

The location was amazing but the hotel itself is a little rundown compared to other Tokyu Stays. That being said, the room was still comfortable. My only complaints: 1) the room I was in let in a lot of natural light (despite using the blinds) making it hard to sleep in; and 2) the room smelled of cigarettes.

Rooms are only cleaned if you stay for more than 5 days. Nice that there was towel and garbage change everyday. Bonus was the washer and dryer in the room! Staff were friendly

The hotel is near transportation to get around. Staff were helpful with holding our luggage when they arrived from Osaka. Unable to use the laundry in our room a staff member was not able to help us.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean and has a microwave/fridge/washer/dryer/trouser press and small dining table for two with chairs. The location is great with it being next to the fish market and close to shopping and public transportation. It’s only a couple of blocks to the bridge with stunning views of the city. The check-in and check out processes were easy.
