Location is great where it is decently close to the Yotsuya station. The room is not the largest but sufficiently spacious for two travelers with two luggage pieces for each person. Breakfast option is interesting as you pick up items and cook your rice using a portable rice cooker provided. Great experience.

One reception staff member was rude, the room was dirty, smelled stuffy, mouldy and musty. There was a beer bottle with cigarette butts on the balcony that made the room smell of cigarettes. We booked a non smoking room. The curtains were mouldy and there was hair on the walls and carpets. This hotel needs a major upgrade, it’s very dated. Housekeeping only change towels and empty bins but don’t clean or make the bed. I would not stay here again. It was however handy having a washing machine in the room and the location was good and close to the train station.

Overall it was a good stay. Area to improve are 1) shower head was leaking water, which resulted in water going everywhere; 2) water in the tub did not drain fast enough which left it pooling while showering

It was easy to check in and check out. Had all the amenities, especially the washing machine and dryer in the room and small kitchen/sink. Not to mention free Costa Coffee at rest area. The staff were helpful in getting my luggage transported to next destination too.

The location is good. It doesn’t take long to get to most popular places in Tokyo. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. There’s a convenience store right outside the front door. The bathroom had some mold. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean. The room had a balcony with a view. It had a small kitchen in it with washer/dryer. I would probably stay here again.

Great location, comfortable stay!

This hotel was a good base for exploring Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. It does, however require a train or metro ride to these areas. It’s quieter than those areas though and there’s a good variety of restaurants in the area . We really enjoyed pasta at Spaghetti Nagai. The hotel offers “limited housekeeping “ where they will empty your garbage and change towels. Pyjamas are provided. The kitchen area has a kettle, one cooking plate and sink. Coffee and tea are provided . We really liked having the washing machine (detergent provided) although the dryer is questionable. It heats your clothes but there’s no obvious vent so it takes hours to dry anything. Probably just as fast and more environmentally friendly to hang your clothes overnight. Room size was fine for two of us

Such a great hotel, really happy with it and would be more than happy to be back. Close walk to the train station at Yotsuya which is so close to Shinjuku and Shibuya, really helpful staff, easy access in and out of the building, doesn't get too busy where it's uncomfortable. Great location, rooms were great, twin beds were very large. Overall, very happy.

Skip the breakfast!!!!

In most respects the hotel is excellent, the exception being its breakfast, which is a ripoff. Previously, we stayed at another Tokyu Stay hotel, which offered an modest but acceptable breakfast. At this one, however, the breakfast consisted of "take it to your room and prepare it yourself" offerings, most of which were a bother to prepare and mediocre at best. So, skip the breakfast! You can buy better things at nearby stores to prepare yourself or try one of the nearby coffee shops.
