Hotel is nice and well connected with a train staion 10 minutes away. The staff is great and helpful. It has coin washing machines and dryers in the first floor. The road to the closest train station is full of Japanese-style pubs, which gives a lot of food options. On the negative side with this, you may see drunk people late at night acting like any other part of the world.

The property was decent. But i felt i got mislead by expedia about the location. I specifically asked for a hotel close to the train station since i have difficulty walking. There was another Toyoko inn way closer to train station. Which was very disappointing

Excellent service. Staff were very friendly, they held our luggage for us and gave a weighing device. They even called a kimono rental place for us. Room absolutely reeked of cigarettes, we put the window down and it still stunk after two days. Toilet was dirty. Would not stay again.

Check in was quick and easy and the staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and healthy. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and definitely recommend. I will note that the mattresses are not very thick (but that wasn’t a problem for me) and the ceiling fan in the bathroom didn’t seem to work in my room.

I stayed two nights to attend a conference nearby. The hotel and room were clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. The breakfast was simple but more than adequate, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient if you want to be in the north part of Tokyo. The subway is very close and the JR. station is about a 10-minute walk. If you have a large, heavy suitcase, it's easy and not expensive to take a taxi. If you're looking for a luxurious treat with your accommodation there are plenty of other more expensive places, but if you're simply on business or you have modest needs as a tourist, I don't think you will be disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I needed to be in that area.
